Tasting notes
Cinto has a beautiful vibrant purple color. In the nose, it is super rich in
aromas of black raspberries, violet flowers, roasted herbs. On the palate,
all of flavors will be exploded in every sense : Purity, well-integrated
acidity, lots of chalky tannin, robust, licorice and deep concentration in
blackberries
Accords Mets et Vins
Cinto will go perfectly with red meats (beef, lamb, game meat) ,
charcuterie, well-prepared dishes, cheeses, local specialties, chocolate
and red fruit desserts. To cellar this long lived wine : ten to fifteen years
