Vinification



Fermentation for 8 weeks, maturation in barrels for 12 months.

Tasting notes



The Cinto wine has a vibrant purple color, notes of black raspberries, violets, roasted herbs and licorice.

Accords Mets et Vins



Beef, lamb, chocolate and red fruit desserts. Drink at 17°C. Depth of fruit and elegant tannins during the first 15 years.
