Vinification

It is harvested on the oldest Braucol and Merlot patches of land on the Domaine. We chose a longer maceration after fermentation, to extract as much colour and tannin as possible. The wine is then aged in oak barrels for 12 months (1/3 in new barrels, 1/3 in barrels having already done 1 wine, 1/3 in barrels having done 2 wines).
