Land
Land patches from both sides of the Tarn. Gravelly for the left bank and clayey-chalky for the right bank.
Vinification
Both varieties are vinified separately, then blended after tasting and before bottling. The maceration of the Duras and Syrah is kept short to keep as much fruit as possible, in both varieties.
Tasting
This wine can be drunk along the whole of the meal. Its aromas of red fruit and its fine tannings give it a good balande. It can age for 4 or 5 years.
It should be served at 14°- 15° Celcius.
Food and Wine pairing
It will perfectly accompany white meat, cooked pork meat, grilled meat or cheese.
