Here is the commentary of the Guide Hachette des Vins 2020:
Vieilles Vignes white dry wine: a curiosity; Ondenc, an unusual regional grape variety, dominates this dry white Gaillac, supplemented by Sauvignon. This wine, however, has a part of its character of its fermentation and aging in barrels, with batonnage. A golden robe, a flattering and subtle palette associating dried almond, brioche, a very sweet toasté with ripe peach, wax and quince paste. On the palate, this wine imposes itself by its fatness, its roundness, its volume and by a woody taste. A long minty finish brings freshness and tonus.
